Help

You can search the website with a complete word or by entering only the first few letters of a word. No asterisk is needed. To begin a search, enter one or more words or the first few letters of words. No distinction is made between the use of upper or lower case. Then click "Go".

If you search using several words, they must be situated close to one another in the right order. For example, if your searched for "sub-committee meet" you would retrieve a document containing:
"The sub-committee meeting discussed the preparation of intellectual property rights."

But, "sub-committee meet" would not match a document containing:
"The sub-committee discussed intellectual property rights and the meeting adopted relevant conclusions."
